$DeCure: a trillion-dollar science fund on Solana.*

DeCure searches approved medicines for new uses. AI maps the biology. Boltz-2 folds the strongest candidates. Real labs test what survives. The evidence goes public.

5,000 diseases. One trillion tokens. One open research machine.

*“Trillion-dollar” describes the mission — channelling research money into drug repurposing published open-access. It is not a price target, forecast or promise about the token. No presale, no team allocation. $DECURE carries no equity, dividend, royalty or claim on revenue or research, and can lose all value.

What is DeCure

The next useful drug may already exist.

Most drug discovery begins by inventing a new molecule. DeCure asks a different question: what can medicines already known to science do that nobody has seriously tested yet?

How it works

Find it. Fold it. Test it. Publish it.

1

Map

Build a disease model from genes, pathways, targets, trials and primary literature.

2

Find

Rank approved drugs and combinations against the biology of the disease.

3

Fold

Use Boltz-2 and community compute to model the strongest drug–target pairs.

4

Test

Send the best surviving hypotheses into binding, biochemical and cellular assays.

5

Publish

Release the methods, raw evidence and paper so anyone can inspect the result.

Protocol token

$DECURE: one token, three jobs.

Compute, direction and research. $DECURE rewards verified molecular work, lets holders steer attention across disease areas, and builds the budgets that pay for real experiments.

First 12 labs

The first twelve labs.

Each lab owns a disease area, a research queue and one question: which approved medicines deserve a real experiment here?

Lab # Lab Lab mandate First research wedge Why it matters
1 $DeCureCancer Lab Invent oncology treatment combinations from approved drugs. Approved-drug cocktails, biomarker gates, dosing windows and combination protocols. Drug repurposing lowers discovery cost and targets known safety profiles.
2 $DeCureLongevity Lab Repurpose approved drugs for healthy ageing and longevity. Approved geroprotectors and combinations with ageing biomarkers. Strong repurposing precedent and approved-drug safety; measurable ageing biomarkers.
3 $DeCureRare Lab Repurpose approved drugs for rare and orphan diseases. Approved drugs matched to rare-disease mechanisms via white-space mapping. High unmet need, regulatory incentives and approved-drug safety.
4 $DeCureAMR Lab Fight antimicrobial resistance. Approved antibiotic + adjuvant combinations, resistance reversal protocols. Focus on combinations and dosing logic rather than de novo molecules.
5 $DeCureNeuro Lab Target Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and neuroinflammation. Repurposed compounds, digital biomarkers, stratified patient protocols. Uses multi-modal data and known mechanisms to create new-use findings.
6 $DeCureMetabolic Lab Address obesity, diabetes and metabolic aging. Approved metabolic drugs, nutritional timing, wearable-driven protocols. High data availability and measurable endpoints.
7 $DeCureNephro Lab Repurpose approved drugs for kidney and fluid disorders. Approved drugs matched to CKD and fluid-disorder mechanisms. Large populations, measurable endpoints and approved-drug safety.
8 $DeCureImmuno Lab Target autoimmune and inflammatory disease. Approved immunomodulators and combinations with biomarker stratification. Known mechanisms and approved-drug safety enable new-use findings.
9 $DeCureDerma Lab Repurpose approved drugs for skin disease. Approved drugs, topical reformulations and combinations. Approved-drug safety and measurable skin endpoints lower cost.
10 $DeCureResp Lab Target COPD, asthma and pulmonary fibrosis. Approved drugs and combinations matched to respiratory mechanisms. Approved-drug safety and measurable respiratory endpoints.
11 $DeCurePsych Lab Repurpose approved compounds for psychiatric and CNS disorders. Repurposed compounds and combinations with patient stratification. Known mechanisms and approved-drug safety enable new-use findings.
12 $DeCureCardio Lab Target heart failure, atherosclerosis and cardiometabolic disease. Approved drugs and combinations matched to cardiovascular mechanisms. Large populations, hard endpoints and approved-drug safety.

5,000 diseases.
One shared engine.

All twelve run on the same evidence, folding and publication infrastructure. Staking directs attention across them; evidence decides what moves forward.

Future protocol releases

Half of everything pays for experiments.

Every scheduled release splits three ways: 50% builds the twelve research vaults that pay for wet-lab work and publication, 30% rewards verified Proof-of-Folding compute and 20% rewards stakers who direct the research.

How each DeCure protocol release is divided across folding, staking and research

How the science works

The AI can't grade its own homework.

1

Generate

Proposes approved-drug candidates, grounded in the literature and drug–target data.

2

Score

A separate engine scores each one on structured biology: signature reversal, network proximity, known pharmacology. The language model does not grade its own output.

3

Run

Writes and runs real analysis code in a sandbox, on real public datasets.

4

Prove

Benchmarked against known repurposings held out from the model — measured, not claimed.

5

File

Only verified candidates become DAO-published open-access papers, with a named human author.

Open evidence

No black box. No victory lap without data.

Methods, raw data and analysis are released as an open research package. Positive and negative results both count when the experiment was sound.

Open-accessResults are published so anyone can inspect, reproduce or continue the work.
Negative results tooA well-executed negative result closes a path and improves the next decision.
No ownership claim$DECURE carries no equity, dividend, royalty or claim on a paper, patent or laboratory.
The lab decidesA computational result earns attention. Only experimental evidence earns confidence.

Map it → Fold it → Test it → Publish it → repeat.

Roadmap

Start simple. Prove each layer.

Phase 1 Token

A fixed-supply Solana token, launch liquidity and the locked protocol reserve, with official addresses published on-chain.

Phase 2 Fold & stake

Proof-of-Folding pays verified Boltz-2 work, and staking lets holders direct research across the twelve labs.

Phase 3 Wet lab

The research vaults fund the first real experiment, and the evidence goes into the open research record.

Each module ships with its own public status and official address. Nothing here is financial, legal or investment advice.

One token

Compute. Direction. Research.

There is one public token. $DECURE does three jobs: it rewards verified molecular compute, it lets stakers choose which of the twelve disease areas gets more attention, and it builds the research vaults that pay for wet-lab work and publication. It carries no equity, dividend, royalty or claim on a paper, patent or laboratory.

one token P FOLD 30% — compute verified Boltz-2 work S DIRECT 20% — staking choose a disease area FUND 50% — research wet lab + publication Every scheduled release is divided across these three. No presale · no team allocation · no claim on papers or patents.

FAQ

Questions people ask first.

Has DeCure cured a disease? Not yet. The first target is a complete wet-lab result with public data. Every candidate stays a research hypothesis until an experiment says otherwise.
Do holders own the papers? No. Results are published open-access and owned by no one. $DECURE coordinates the work — it is not equity, a royalty or title to a paper.
Is $DECURE an investment? It coordinates useful compute, research direction and wet-lab funding. It is volatile and can lose all its value. Do your own research.
Who is behind DeCure?AnonDev — an independent bioinformatician building the research stack in public. Judge the project by the code, the data and the experiments, not by a name.
What chain?Solana.
